French fries mean feast! HZPC takes the greatest of care in the specific process that leads up to this feast. The French fry sector is particular as it is essential to have a wide range of varieties and a constant supply. The varieties in this sector must store well, they must have a high underwater weight (UWW), and they must be able to be processed into french fries in various shapes and lengths. The net result after processing must be consistent cooking so tasty, firm, crispy, golden-yellow french fries can be presented.

HZPC clients are large and they have contracts with customers who include supermarkets, fast food chains and food service companies, these customers are different but they all require specific services. This requires extra input from our production, advisory and logistics departments as our clients expect a low-cost approach with attention paid to individualised service.
